Center Policies

 

  • Please ensure that class tuition is paid before the start of each term. If you prefer, you may also pay in cash at the first class. Please note that tuition must be paid in order to receive class materials. Late payments may be subject to a CHF 25 administrative fee.

 

  • If your child is unwell please err on the side of caution and keep your child at home. You are welcome to make up to two missed classes on another day during the term at your convenience**. Simply take a look at the course schedule and email us to request a make up slot. 
         ** Please Note:  Make up classes cannot be carried over to the next term.

 

  • Please give your child his/her snack before or after class, no eating during class please. Water and of course bottle and breast feeding are allowed.

 

  • We want our families to be present and engaged throughout our class each week. Please turn your phones off and leave them outside of the circle.  Video recording is not permitted at any time.  If you wish to take a quick photo of ONLY your child, you may do so with the permission of the teacher and it may not interrupt the class.  

 

  • No refunds after the second week of class. Course materials cannot be returned.
